Shipping policy

 Physical Items  purchased are to be returned  within the given days and in the same condition as  the product was previously shipped out. customers  must only return purchased item if broken or damaged; must take a picture of item upon arrival untouched to ensure confirmation.

The customers will receive an email showing that their package has been successfully returned , then the customer will receive  the refunding within the 14 business days.
